The customer is responsible for ensuring that the job site is safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested delivery or service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing clear access for trucks and equipment
• Identifying underground utilities, septic systems, soft ground, curbs, wires, trees, or other obstacles
• Ensuring the delivery area can support the weight of trucks or materials
• Obtaining any required permits, approvals, or permissions
• Providing accurate drop-off or removal instructions

AGS Materials & Supply LLC is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe, unsuitable, or incorrectly identified job site conditions.

7. Materials
